Chief Financial Officer CFO (m/w/d) ###

for an established Swiss industrial company.

The company is active in technically demanding project business and operates in a strongly growing market environment. In particular, the expansion of data centers and increasing investments in AI infrastructure are ensuring additional demand. The range extends from smaller plants to demanding large-scale projects.

The position combines operational finance responsibility with contract management, digitalization, and IT. We are not looking for a CFO who merely directs and delegates, but rather a personality who dives deep into technical details, structures topics themselves, and actively helps shape the further development of the company.

Your Task

You will assume overall responsibility for Finance, Controlling, and IT and lead a small team. Your focal points include:

• Monthly and annual financial statements, consolidation, planning, and reporting
• Cash Management, Working Capital, and project controlling
• Contract management for customer and project contracts
• Technical responsibility for SAP Business One
• Digitalization and automation of processes as well as sensible AI applications
• Occasional collaboration on M&A and corporate development topics

This is not a pure steering function. You should dive deep into technical matters, structure topics yourself, and actively drive projects forward.

Your Profile ###

You hold a degree as an eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/in and bring experience from an industrial company with project business.

Particularly important are:

• High certainty in financial statements and simple consolidation
• Experience with project business and project valuation
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Knowledge of SAP Business One
• High affinity for digitalization and new technologies
• Very good German and English skills

The position is also explicitly suitable for an experienced Head of Finance or Finance Director who is ready to take the next step into comprehensive CFO responsibility.
