Cloud Engineer (Operations)

Who do you work with?

As part of our Opacc Cloud Service team, you automate and standardize our delivery of services in the Cloud Center. You work together with our project managers, developers, and system engineers.

Your everyday life

After comprehensive induction at the campus in Rothenburg, you support the team in the following areas:

• Support of our customer systems in the Opacc Cloud Center
• Installing and updating our systems / applications in the Opacc Cloud Center
• Monitoring the systems
• Processing incidents
• Assisting in the further development of our Opacc Cloud Center

Your background

To perform this task successfully, you bring the following with you:

• Sound technical training as well as practical experience in the IT environment
• Very good Windows and Linux knowledge
• Good knowledge in the area of server infrastructure and network technologies
• Enjoyment of contact with our Opacc Cloud customers
• Enjoyment of working in a team and high problem-solving competence
• Willingness for evening shifts to keep our customer systems up to date
• Participation in our 7x24 on-call organization
• Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility
