• Professionally lead building operations employees to ensure the full-scale operation <<maintenance and upkeep>> of facilities, buildings, objects, and machines in regular and extraordinary situations
• Participate in project support for armasuisse construction management, in the function of operator representation, from advising specialist planners to the operational optimization of medium to large construction projects
• Conduct reports with the troops and other responsible parties regarding the use and coordination of the allocated infrastructures for schools, refresher courses (WK), as well as civilian events
• Schedule and monitor maintenance and environmental work, control work orders, and carry out planning for the necessary operating materials including site management and procurement
• Monitor and maintain all technical facilities for functionality and safety

What makes you unique

• Completed technical or manual vocational training with a federal diploma of higher education or training towards Project Manager Building Maintenance / Building Technology
• Driving license of category B and C as well as the willingness for on-call duty and interventions outside of working hours required
• Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent way of working as well as technical analytical and assertive skills
• Customer- and team-oriented behavior with a strong service mindset
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
