Due to the growing size of Novada, the management and organizational structure is currently being further developed. We are looking for you as the new Head of Vocational Integration + Job Coaching 70-100 %. You lead your team with a holistic view and high leadership skills. With a pronounced quality standard, you ensure the integration measures in the first labor market sustainably and to the satisfaction of the referrers. With great commitment, you shape the further development of your team. Business administration aspects and active relationship management with the clients such as IV, social offices, ALV and SMEs in Central Switzerland are central. This demanding task requires a personality with high social and leadership competence. With a university degree in psychology or social work and experience in the field of labor integration, you bring the necessary basis. Further training in the areas of leadership and business administration round off your profile. However, your personality will be decisive. You describe yourself as an active, service-oriented and entrepreneurially acting person who enjoys communicating skillfully.
