In our IT Services department, we have a varied part-time position to fill starting from 1. September 2026. Your tasks You support the management of the IT Services department and your team colleagues in the areas of ICT cost management/finance and in ensuring the service delivery of EDUBERN. Your portfolio of tasks includes: • Accompanying financial management • Performing quality assurance • Accompanying and supporting procurement, contract, and license management • Participation in process management • Coordination and support of the ICT project portfolio management for the directorate and the department • Relief and deputy for the staff management <br /> Your profile We are looking for an organizationally strong, service-oriented, and responsible specialist with a strong flair for finance and accounting and IT. In addition, you bring the following profile: • Federal Diploma of Higher Education or higher technical college • Experience or further training in financial management or procurement • Ideally experience in a staff function or public administration • Sound knowledge of M365 and very good Excel skills • Knowledge of ITIL or HERMES Foundation is advantageous • Proficient German and good English skills (level B1) <br /> We offer you We offer you a versatile challenge in a future-oriented and education-related environment.
