Project Manager in Works Management

Apply About the role ## Integrated into a dynamic and very close-knit team, you will lead construction projects from the feasibility phase to site management. You act as the central pivot between technical, budgetary, and operational coordination aspects. Tasks ## This position combines technical analysis during the study phase with an active presence on the ground to supervise the execution of works and coordinate the different trades. • Technically validate and analyze the feasibility of concepts in the initial phase • Prepare, write, and ensure the follow-up of calls for tender • Manage the global budget and ensure the financial monitoring of projects • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders • Ensure site management, planning, and progress monitoring • Manage subcontracting companies and guarantee the quality of the works • Ensure strict compliance with safety rules on construction sites We are looking for ## • A first experience as a project manager or as a works manager with the desire to evolve. • Deep mastery of SIA standards and Swiss safety regulations • Great organizational rigor and the ability to work autonomously An asset if you possess • Mastery of CadWork or Serli software • Civil engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows: • Leadership • Diplomacy and conflict management • Autonomy and curiosity • Organization Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
