Receptionist/Hotel Communications Specialist (60% workload)

Sinn & Gewinn Hotels operate three accommodation businesses in the city of Zürich: the cozy Alma Hotel in the Seefeld quartier, the uncomplicated hotel marta in the heart of the Altstadt, and the urban Josephine's Guesthouse just a few steps from Stauffacher. To complement our reception team, we are looking forward to a cheerful personality who enjoys being there for our guests and keeps an overview of the daily tasks. For this, we would like to offer a position as a Receptionist (60% workload). You enjoy working and appreciate a varied task in a lively environment, like interacting with people, and understand how to fulfill guest wishes without forgetting the operational needs. In your work at the reception (service times between 6.30 Uhr and 22.30 Uhr), you will exchange information via telephone, e-mail, and in person with guests and the team, act as the first point of contact, take responsibility for your shift, and are cordially invited to contribute ideas.
