Your future tasks
Independent operational processing and coordination of international seafreight shipments
Support and processing of export, import, and cross-trade shipments
Organization and monitoring of shipments from order placement to successful delivery
Creation, checking, and processing of the required transport and shipping documents
Coordination and communication with shipping lines, agents, partners, customers, and international authorities
Ongoing monitoring of shipments, deadlines, and transport processes
Proactive information to customers regarding the respective shipment status
Obtaining and checking freight rates
Creation of offers and calculations
Competent customer support and ensuring reliable and high-quality order processing
Independent processing of deviations, delays, and operational challenges
Close cooperation with the international network as well as internal specialist departments

Your profile
Completed training as Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ Internationale Speditionslogistik or comparable training in international forwarding
At least 6 years of professional experience in operational seafreight
Sound experience in the processing of export, import, and cross-trade shipments
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Very good English skills in speaking and writing
Confident handling of common forwarding and IT systems
Independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working
High sense of responsibility and strong organizational talent
Confident appearance towards customers, shipping lines, and international partners
