For one of our clients based in the Alpes vaudoises Nurse or ASSC (80%) with experience in adult psychiatry For one of our clients based in the Alpes vaudoises, we are looking for a Nurse or ASSC (80%) with experience in adult psychiatry More than a technical role, you embody an essential presence for the residents and actively participate in the team's dynamics. Your responsibilities: Provide global nursing care, covering preventive, curative, palliative aspects as well as educational support Analyze situations with relevance, provide a clinical perspective and contribute to daily organization Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and quality care Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of individualized therapeutic projects Be involved in the continuous improvement of care practices Be attentive to the needs of residents, their loved ones and colleagues, in an approach combining professionalism and empathy Your profile: Bachelor's degree in nursing or CFC ASSC, with experience or marked interest in psychiatry Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in adult psychiatry Good mastery of usual computer tools Excellent communication in French, both spoken and written Beyond your skills, you distinguish yourself by your sense of organization, listening and team spirit.
