Your mission The maintenance team plays a role of first importance by guaranteeing the full functionality of our pharmaceutical production installations through a complete approach to preventive and curative maintenance in compliance with the standards specific to our field of activity (cGMP). In order to strengthen our weekend organization, we are looking for a VSD maintenance technician working in shift teams. In this role, you ensure the availability and performance of our equipment during weekend production periods. Within a professional and committed team, you bring your technical expertise and intervene with full autonomy on production equipment. Tasks \& responsibilities Ensure troubleshooting and fault finding on production and packaging installations Analyze failures and implement sustainable solutions Perform preventive maintenance activities on installations and equipment Guarantee the technical availability of production equipment during the weekend Participate in continuous improvement projects within the framework of Operational Excellence Write work instructions and occasional lessons Ensure the recording and follow-up of interventions in the CMMS (SAP) Collaborate closely with production teams and other technical services Professional skills CFC in automation, mechanical-electrical, polymechanic or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in the maintenance of automated industrial installations Experience on high-speed production and packaging lines Ideally benefiting from complementary technical training (ES Technician or equivalent) Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, automation and pneumatics Good skills in robotics and industrial automation Experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally regulated Personal skills Great autonomy and sense of responsibility Ability to quickly diagnose problems and make the right technical decisions Analytical spirit and results orientation Excellent collaboration and communication skills Flexibility and ability to adapt Willing to work according to a VSD schedule in alternating day and night teams Ability to evolve in an environment where quality, safety and equipment availability are priorities Working conditions VSD schedule (Friday \- Saturday \- Sunday) Working time of 31.5 hours per week distributed over three days Work in shift teams according to a rotation alternating day team and night team Specific salary valorizations related to weekend work Integration within an experienced and supportive technical team Our offer We offer you a varied and stimulating activity in a modern, diverse and automated industrial environment.
