Yooji's Manufaktur, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite selection of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufaktur is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 employees. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to the Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufaktur. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Then now is your chance! ### Tasks • Support for the production management in administrative and organizational matters • Administrative work such as orders, quality reports, work instructions and data maintenance • Execution and documentation of internal quality controls • Telephone contact person for customers • Preparation and execution of internal training • Organization of the production office • Support for production in day-to-day business • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards Requirements • Completed training in the food industry at EFZ level • Professional experience in food production • Very good German skills, English is an advantage • Good MS Office skills and IT affinity • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • Organizational skills as well as high quality and hygiene awareness • Team player, resilient and solution-oriented personality • Willingness to work on weekends What we offer Your contact person Nadine Grob, Human Resources
