We are looking for a litigation manager
Workplace: Lausanne.
Your mission:
With us, performance in collection is built through listening and the quality of the relationship.
As a Litigation Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio and drive your files with a result objective.
• Process debtor files throughout the entire collection procedure.
• Conduct interviews in a spirit of listening and mediation, to understand each debtor's situation and identify the most suitable solution with them in order to trigger a concrete and lasting commitment.
• Demonstrate a genuine sense of negotiation: understand needs, know how to argue, overcome objections, and lead the interview to an agreement, while preserving the quality of the relationship with the debtor.
• Telephone reception and correspondence with debtors, clients, offices, courts, etc.

Profile sought:

• Training in the commercial and/or financial sector.
• Languages: French (native language) and English (good knowledge).
• Experience in the collection sector is an asset.

Qualities sought:

• Good knowledge of IT tools.
• Positive personality, endowed with real human qualities as well as a firm sense of negotiation and solution-seeking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills and a global vision in file management.
• Autonomous while having a good team spirit.
• Precision and rigor in administrative follow-up.

Working conditions:

• Contract: Permanent.
• Working time: full time, possibility of part-time or flexible hours.
