Clerk Sales Back Office from 20%

ERSAP Energie AG is a small company in the Solothurn region. Our focus is on energy production and storage. We are looking for reinforcement in the sales back office immediately or by arrangement. The open position is very versatile, i.e., from generating customer and supplier orders, inventory management, quotation management, shipping of commercial goods as well as reception work, and can be developed and expanded depending on individual skills. Tasks: • Order processing sales and purchasing • Creating commercial invoices and picking deliveries • Booking and controlling stock movements • Telephone sales consulting and information • Follow-up on projects • Stand support at trade fairs • Correspondence in German, (French), written and oral Requirements: • Commercial basic training or technical training with corresponding further training • Experience in sales back office / order processing • Good general IT user skills, Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK • German very good • Independent working, flexible and resilient Interested?
