For our team, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ in the day shift who will professionally and with great commitment accompany our customers. Your field of activity: You care for our customers exclusively during the day shift and ensure reliable and continuous care You carry out medical and nursing measures, e.g., blood glucose measurements, injections, medication administration, putting on and taking off compression stockings, as well as basic care if required You plan your assignments carefully and work closely with your team to ensure high quality of care On-site, you make nursing decisions independently and respond individually to the needs of the customers You document your assignments electronically and ensure seamless nursing documentation You are a reliable contact person for customers and relatives You support new employees during their induction and contribute to a positive team culture What you bring with you: Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland Enjoyment of outpatient care and independent working You want to consciously work exclusively on the day shift and appreciate regular working hours Responsible, reliable, and structured way of working Empathic personality with high social competence and enjoyment of contact with people Passion for holistic and high-quality care Driver's license Good German skills in speaking and writing Why it is worth working at Qualis Vita: 5 weeks of vacation for monthly and hourly workers Early prepared duty roster with the possibility to include time-off requests Regular working days and flexible working time models Health bonus for few absences Above-average pay (our wages are above the cantonal requirements) CHF 500.- referral bonus for successful recommendations Employee discounts; permanent price reductions e.g. on travel, fashion, technology, living, and much more With us, you are at the center!
