As the new Head, you will develop the Operations Control Center into a modern control and competence center and ensure that it meets the future requirements of a growing mobility offering.

Your tasks

• You lead the Operations Control Center professionally and personally and specifically develop your team.
• You ensure that our rail operations function safely, punctually, and in a customer-oriented manner.
• You further develop processes, regulations, and concepts and ensure their implementation in everyday life.
• You manage disruption management, evaluate events, and ensure that improvements are implemented.
• You plan operations during construction sites, major events, and special events and contribute your experience to projects and committees.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a train dispatcher or operations manager Cat. B as well as further training in business administration.
• You have several years of leadership experience and know how to motivate and specifically develop employees.
• You establish a safety and learning culture, promote knowledge exchange within the team, and ensure the sustainable development of operational competencies.
• You analyze operational key figures and quality indicators, derive improvement measures from them, and increase performance as well as customer satisfaction.
• You are decisive, resilient, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
