Your new tasks Organizational, personnel, and professional management of the Socioculture and Daycare area with 350 percent workload Maintenance, promotion, and guarantee of qualified, professional everyday activities in the residential groups as well as in the daycare Accompanying and advising relatives as well as conducting admission and family interviews Active participation in the design of new structures, processes, and implementation of concepts Planning and execution of varied group and individual offers What you bring with you Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau /-mann HF/FH or Dipl.
