Caregiver for Seminars & Events (m/w/d)

These are your tasks
-You prepare our seminar and event rooms according to the event order
-You care for our guests and organizers during the event
-You provide catering, technology, and infrastructure
-You check the rooms and carry out the follow-up work as well as the billing according to the specifications
-You work closely with the different departments
-You support with banquets and special events
-You take over general cleaning and maintenance work

This is what we expect from you
-You have completed training in the hotel industry/gastronomy or have comparable professional experience
-You bring experience in the seminar, event, or banquet area
-You love guest contact, are communicative, and always remain courteous and friendly
-You have a pronounced service awareness and are willing to go the extra mile for our guests
-You are reliable, have a quick grasp, and a good sense of the needs of our guests
-You speak fluent German, further language skills are a plus
