Logistiker EFZ with control center and leadership experience 100% (m/f/d)

Do you know the processes of demanding logistics, maintain an overview in the control center, and can lead employees operationally? For a modern logistics company in Bern, we are looking for a resilient leadership personality as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.

TASKS

• Coordination and organization of ongoing logistics orders and shunting
• Coordination of train arrivals and train departures with the control center and the control station
• Control and monitoring of operational processes in yard logistics
• Ensuring timely train processing as well as the storage, transfer, and removal of swap bodies
• Monitoring the equipment used and reporting malfunctions or events
• Operational and professional leadership of the employees
• Responsibility for the correct implementation of safety regulations
• Operation and maintenance of the digital planning and yard systems
• Support with deviations and complaints

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ
• Several years of experience in the control center, in dispatching, or in operational logistics planning
• Provable leadership or shift management experience
• Good knowledge in handling digital logistics, dispatching, or planning systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Organizational talent and pronounced networked thinking
• Independent, resilient, and solution-oriented personality
• Willingness for shift work including night, Saturday, and public holiday shifts
• Willingness to undergo training as Rangierer A40, if not already present

WE OFFER

• Workload of 100 percent
• Start of position ideally as of 1 August 2026
• Gross salary of approximately CHF 6’300.– x 13, depending on experience and qualification
