Ventilation Planner or Project Manager in the Ventilation & Air Conditioning sector (Winterthur)

Our client is one of the leading engineering planning company groups with main areas of activity in building, energy, and environmental technology with a headquarters in Winterthur (Zürich) and also other locations; where customer-specific solutions for holistic innovative building technology and also energy systems are developed. For them, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Ventilation & Air Conditioning sector.

Your tasks:

• You independently manage small to medium-sized projects across all project phases
• You develop technically and professionally flawless planning solutions
• You coordinate your trade technically and spatially (project staff)
• You conduct construction meetings and QA appointments

Your competencies:

• Vocational training as a Building Services Planner (Ventilation) and a few years of experience - Dipl. Technician or studies as a Building Services Engineer HLKS an advantage
• Coordination of building services systems.
• 3D-CAD knowledge (with Trimble-Nova an advantage)
• Tendering, awarding, and quality assurance
• You coordinate technical and spatial interfaces efficiently
• Lead projects in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Confident appearance, clear communication, and sense of responsibility
• Initiative, decisiveness, and resilience

Salary:
