Intern Communication and Fundraising

The association *Tischlein deck dich* saves food from destruction and distributes it to people affected by poverty throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Every week, we reach over 40-000 people in need at our 168 distribution points. For our office in Winterthur, we are looking for an intern immediately to support the area of Communication and Fundraising. Tasks • Management of our website and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) • Writing articles, press releases, and letters • Support with media work, media monitoring • Design of communication materials (e.g., flyers, videos, cards) • Taking over own, smaller communication projects (depending on strengths and interests) • Collaboration on fundraising mailings and donor communication • Various administrative tasks: reception service and writing meeting minutes Requirements • Ongoing or completed studies in Journalism / Communication / Multimedia Production / Film / Social Sciences / or completed apprenticeship with ideally initial professional experience • Excellent German skills, good French - and/or Italian skills are an advantage • Good MS-Office, Adobe programs, or Canvas skills • Creative, communicative, and service-oriented personality with an accurate, independent, and reliable way of working • Experience with web content and in managing social media channels or pleasure in learning this Framework: Start of work: immediately Duration of employment: 8 to 12 months Workload: 100 % Work location: Winterthur We offer you a fixed-term employment in a small, committed, and open team.
