Sales Specialist 60-100%

You are the interface between sales, actuarial, and brokers and ensure that an inquiry becomes a convincing offer. With us, you bring companies to a pension solution that truly fits them and learn about occupational pension schemes from the offer to the finished connection.

Your Role

• You create offers and plan variants, closely coordinated with our actuarial department and our advisors in sales.
• You process tenders and questionnaires from brokers and compile the necessary documents.
• You create plan and benefit comparisons as well as presentation documents that convince.
• You check application documents, accompany the onboarding of new connections, and record contract mutations in our administration system.
• You maintain and evaluate our sales data in the CRM and assist with sales reporting.
• You keep sales documents, product documentation, and templates up to date and contribute to sales projects and marketing activities.

What You Bring

• You have a commercial basic training or an equivalent training. Further education in occupational pension schemes, for example as a specialist for personnel pension schemes with a federal diploma, is a plus.
• You bring several years of experience in occupational pension schemes, ideally in quoting or sales back office.
• You are well-versed in BVG and supra-mandatory insurance.
• You are very confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with a CRM is an advantage.
• You speak and write German very well. French and English are a plus.
• You enjoy numbers and preparing information clearly and understandably.
• You work accurately, structurally, and expeditiously and keep a cool head even under time pressure.
• You are service-oriented and like being part of a team.
