We are counting on your active support as of now or by agreement as Head of Product Hydraulic & Electrical Components 80-100% DEVELOP. CREATE. INSPIRE. Then you are exactly the person we need. As Head of Product, you take responsibility for the hydraulic & electrical components product portfolio. In collaboration with sales, purchasing, marketing and technology, you develop the range throughout the product life cycle and ensure that our products are successfully positioned on the market. You act as an entrepreneur within the company and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of Paul Forrer AG. WHAT AWAITS YOU • Responsibility for the hydraulic & electrical components product portfolio • Analysis of market, customer and competitor developments as well as continuous development of the range • Evaluation and development of international suppliers as well as participation in price and condition negotiations • Planning and implementation of product launches and discontinuations • Management of the product range and pricing • Planning and implementation of marketing activities in collaboration with marketing and sales • Technical support for sales and technology as a second-level competence center • Organization and implementation of internal product training • Leadership or participation in cross-product group projects YOUR PROFILE • Completed basic technical training, preferably with experience in mobile hydraulics or a comparable technical environment • Additional training in product management, marketing or business management • Several years of professional experience in technical product management, technical sales or a comparable function • Entrepreneurial spirit and pleasure in actively developing a product portfolio • Strong market, customer and service orientation • Analytical, structured and autonomous working method • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Mastery of ERP, PIM and MS Office applications • Impeccable communication in German as well as good knowledge of English OUR OFFER You will find a varied and responsible task with a great deal of freedom in a demanding technical environment.
