Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Domain Lead IT Brand, your main mission will be to play a key role in the identification, analysis, and transformation of business needs into high-value technological solutions.

A true partner to operational teams and IT experts, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, the prioritization of strategic initiatives, and the success of digital transformation projects. Thanks to your ability to understand business issues and translate them into concrete solutions, you will actively participate in the evolution of our information system and the creation of value for the company.

In this framework, your main responsibilities will be to :

• Analyze and understand Retail and brand business needs to translate them into IT solutions
• Write clear and structured functional and technical specifications
• Drive the prioritization of requests based on their value and impact
• Coordinate the needs of IT and business stakeholders and facilitate exchanges
• Contribute to the structuring of processes and continuous improvement
• Monitor project progress and guarantee the quality of deliverables and the proper conduct of run
• Participate in the phases of testing, deployment, and user support
• Measure the performance of solutions and their return on investment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Ability to evolve in a transverse and multi-stakeholder environment
• Excellent skills in analysis, structuring, and prioritization
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Ease in communication with various interlocutors (IT & business)
• Approach oriented towards internal customers and continuous improvement
• Natural leadership and ability to influence without hierarchical authority
• You perfectly master French and have very good knowledge of English
