We realize kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, plastering work, floor coverings, demolition work, as well as complete interior fit-out projects for private and commercial customers throughout German-speaking Switzerland. Your Chance We are not looking for a simple employee. If you have sound experience in interior fit-out, can lead people, and are ready to shape the future together with us, then you are exactly right with us. With appropriate performance and suitability, there is the possibility after around six months to take on additional responsibility as the deputy of the site manager. Your Tasks • Independent leadership and organization of construction sites in interior fit-out • Leadership, coordination, and control of assigned employees • Remodeling, renovation, and refurbishment work in the private and commercial sector • Preparation of conduits and installation paths for electricians according to plan specifications • Milling, chiseling, dismantling, and demolition work • Creation of wall and floor slots for sanitary and electrical installations • Sanitary rough installations during bathroom and kitchen remodeling • Laying and adjusting water pipes, waste pipes, and installation systems • Welding and processing of PE, PVC, and HT drainage pipes • Assembly and adjustment of stud wall systems and Geberit installations • Preparation of connections for washbasins, showers, bathtubs, WC facilities, and kitchens • Carrying out sealing work and waterproofing in wet areas • Plastering work, base coat (GRP), white plaster, filling work, as well as skimming work • Creating drywall walls and ceiling constructions • Laying wall and floor tiles made of ceramics, stoneware, and natural stone • Carrying out silicone joints and finishing work • Laying vinyl, parquet, laminate, and design flooring • Substrate preparation, sanding work, leveling work, and smoothing • Assembly work in interior fit-out • Support with kitchen and bathroom assembly • Reading, understanding, and implementing construction plans, installation plans, and detail drawings • Independent organization of the construction site including material planning • Coordination with electricians, sanitary installers, kitchen builders, suppliers, and clients • Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and clean execution of work • Daily cleaning and maintenance of all machines, tools, vehicles, and work equipment • Responsible handling of material and customer property • Active collaboration on the construction site as well as role model function towards employees What we require • Independent working without constant instructions • High personal responsibility and solution-oriented thinking • Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions • Punctuality, reliability, and loyalty • Clean, exact, and customer-oriented working • Resilience even under time pressure • Teamwork skills and leadership qualities • Respectful handling of customers, employees, and partner companies At WAJO24, we are not looking for followers.
