Activities
Support and advice for existing customers in the sales area
Active acquisition and gaining of new customers
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Conducting personal customer visits and advisory meetings
Identifying customer needs and developing suitable solutions
Creation and follow-up of offers
Conducting sales and price negotiations
Responsibility for achieving the agreed sales and turnover targets
Observation of the market and competitors
Close cooperation with the internal sales service
Maintenance and documentation of customer activities in the CRM system
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training
Several years of experience in sales or field service is an advantage
Strong sales flair and enjoyment in new customer acquisition
Strong communication and convincing personality
Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
High customer and service orientation
Negotiation skills and professional appearance
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Driving license category B as well as willingness for regular travel
