To strengthen our team in Dübendorf, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as a Real Estate Manager 80 – 100 % as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent commercial and technical management of your own real estate portfolio across several locations, including active portfolio development and process optimization.
• Contact person for owners, tenants, and external partners.
• Carrying out apartment inspections and handovers, market-compliant rent setting, as well as maintenance and repair planning including cost control.
• Management and coordination of craftsmen, caretakers, specialist planners, and service providers.
• Empathic handling of tenant concerns.

What you bring with you

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management (or comparable further training) as well as approx. 5 – 8 years of professional experience in real estate management including leadership experience.
• Independent, structured way of working, negotiation skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Open, empathic personality with strong communication skills, high service orientation, and a professional appearance.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law, proficient use of the MS Office suite (GARAIO REM is an advantage), stylish German in spoken and written form, as well as a valid driver's license.
