Lawyer Notary 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Represent and defend clients within the framework of legal proceedings
• Ensure regular legal monitoring and guarantee the compliance of practices
• Ensure full follow-up of files and ensure respect for legal obligations
• Participate in the development of the firm and maintain a high level of service quality
• Advise our clients in the fields of real estate law, family law, and succession law
• Draft and authenticate notary acts (contracts, real estate sales, successions, companies)
• Collaborate with various stakeholders: clients, institutions, authorities, and external partners

Profile

• Lawyer's certificate and notary's certificate
• Proven experience in a law firm or notary office
• Sense of service, discretion, and strong client orientation
• Excellent communication, writing, and legal analysis skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team
