Polyvalent Technician # Job Description ### Your mission: You will ensure the operation of the FER Genève buildings, as well as various works related to the installations and equipment of the buildings. You play an essential role in the daily functioning of our infrastructure, intervening in varied missions combining maintenance, technical support, and equipment management. Main responsibilities: • Monitor building-related malfunctions. • Coordinate routine maintenance work (preventive) and repair work (curative) • Monitor the services of intervening companies, control the quality of work, and receive the work. • Perform periodic checks on the work. Analyze malfunctions and propose remedies. • Assist and occasionally replace colleagues in other tasks. • Ensure the accuracy of the FER Genève building plans and keep them constantly up to date. • Ensure the disposal of waste and garbage. • Perform outdoor shopping and transportation. • Ensure regular permanence and on-site interventions in case of technical alarms. • Occasionally ensure the on-call service. Sought Profile ### Qualifications: • You have a CFC Agent.e d'exploitation or an equivalent title. • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function. • You master building techniques as well as building safety rules. • You have a category B driver's license for professional travel. • You master safety standards as well as SIA standards Aptitudes and skills: • Sense of service, availability, and listening to internal needs, importance of service quality and well-being offered to customers • Ability to simply explain a technical situation • Collaboration with internal services and external providers • Basic technical versatility (basic electricity, small plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, painting. • You show perseverance in the execution of your tasks and are perfectly autonomous. • You show flexibility and integrity. • You have a good team spirit.
