Sole Cook Staff Canteen

Are you an experienced cook and looking for a responsible position as a sole cook in a staff canteen?

For our employee pool and on call, we are looking for exactly you!

Your tasks:

Preparation & Menu Planning

• Independent preparation of cold and warm dishes
• Serving the dishes to the guests
• Independent menu planning and coordination with the operational requirements
• Mise en place for a smooth workflow

Purchasing & Goods Management

• Placing orders with suppliers
• Goods receipt, quality control, and warehousing

Hygiene & Operational Standards

• Implementation and ensuring of operational standards
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines
• General cleaning work and dishwashing activities are, of course, included

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a cook or sound experience in corporate catering
• Independent and structured way of working
• Organizational talent and resilience
• Joy in interacting with guests and a high sense of service
