For our facility Tertianum Am Spisertor, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 60-100% in night shift Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality • Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire ward during the night shift Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
