We owe our success in accompanying and promoting learners to a functioning interdisciplinary collaboration with high professionalism, a lively team culture, and modern infrastructure at a beautifully located workplace.  Your tasks • Overall responsibility for the management, development, and organization of the center • Chair of the interdisciplinary management board • Ensuring pedagogical quality and further development of special educational offers • Business management control and ensuring sustainable resource management • Leadership and development of a multiprofessional team • Close cooperation with parents, specialist agencies, and cantonal authorities • Representation of the center in public and in the regional network Your profile • Completed pedagogical or other academic education with a business management focus • In-depth understanding and interest in education • Willingness to undergo further training in school or business management • Knowledge and experience in the special educational field as well as with integrative and separative training forms • Several years of leadership experience in the education or non-profit sector • Knowledge of cantonal legal bases, in particular the Schwyzer Volksschulgesetz and the Sonderpädagogikkonzept • Experience in cooperation with cantonal specialist agencies • Pronounced leadership skills with a participatory and decisive work style • High commitment to equal opportunities, inclusion, and individual promotion • Communication strength, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking We offer • A responsible and varied leadership position in a significant institution • A motivated, interdisciplinary team and a partnership-based work climate • Diverse design and development opportunities • Attractive employment conditions and support for further education • A centrally located workplace in the attractive Kanton Schwyz with good traffic connections     www.stiftung-raphi.ch
