Your tasks in the first instance in order to know the products and manufacturing processes: Equipping and operating specific assembly machines 1st level maintenance of machines Active participation on the assembly lines Quality assurance Active participation in stock management Replacing the production manager in case of absence due to illness/vacation Your tasks when you master the manufacturing processes: Management and organization of the entire production Control of production processes in respect of deadlines, costs, and quality specifications Optimization of production processes and implementation of efficient processes Monitoring and respect of safety and environmental regulations Ensuring optimal use of resources Responsible for continuous improvement Close cooperation with the Engineering department of the parent company located in Germany for the development and manufacture of new products Requirements ## Minimum education: Automatician CFC, electronician CFC or mechatronician CFC 1st successful experience in industry for 3 to 5 years minimum Technical knowledge/understanding and manual skills are mandatory Motivated, able to develop, reliable and willing to invest in the long term German B2 minimum and technical English required
