Your tasks

• Support of the property managers in day-to-day business regarding STWEG and rental properties
• Support of owners, tenants, and partners
• Appointment, deadline, and pending tasks management
• Organization, preparation, and minute-taking of owners' meetings
• Creation of rental agreements as well as organization of apartment handovers and acceptances
• Planning and execution of apartment viewings
• Management of real estate accounting including dunning processes
• Assistance with annual financial statements as well as heating and service charge statements
• Maintenance of master data

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate industry
• Knowledge in the area of STWEG and rental properties
• Good MS Office skills; ImmoTop2 is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication and customer-oriented personality
• Friendly, confident, and cordial appearance
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B and own vehicle
