Tela and Cartaseta stand for high-quality hygiene papers, modern technology, and sustainable production processes. While production takes place in the plants daily, we ensure that the administrative, organizational, and strategic framework conditions are correct - practical, efficient, and always in direct exchange with the plants. The special thing about your role with us: You work close to the plants, understand their needs, and actively help shape how our production sites are supported today and in the future. To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as Technical / Purchasing 80-100% (m/f/d) Tasks Purchasing & Procurement: You keep the entire operative purchasing process running - from internal stock control to requests for quotations, orders, and order confirmations, through to deadline monitoring, goods receipt control, and complaint management Supplier Management & Negotiation: You maintain existing supplier relationships, conduct price negotiations with the necessary tact, and ensure that quality, availability, and costs are correct Master Data & System Maintenance: You keep our supplier and article master data clean, current, and so well-maintained that everything runs smoothly in daily business Sourcing & Further Development: You help to build up new sourcing channels, keep an eye on the market, and contribute ideas on how we can set up our procurement even more cleverly and efficiently Reporting & Transparency: You prepare evaluations and key figures in such a way that clear insights and good decisions emerge Profile Education & Professional Experience: You bring a completed technical basic training, ideally in combination with training as a technical merchant. Additionally, you have ideally already been able to gain experience in purchasing IT Knowledge: MS Office, especially Excel, is daily business for you.
