For a supra-regionally active construction company in road, civil, and paving engineering, we are looking for a branch manager for the Winterthur region, effective immediately or by arrangement. The company employs around 200 employees across six branches and implements infrastructure projects in a customer-oriented and sustainable manner.

You will assume overall operational and personnel responsibility for the branch. You will implement the strategy prescribed by the Board of Directors, ensure the smooth running of construction service delivery, and manage quality, customer satisfaction, and the economic management of the branch. This includes the management, monitoring, and coordination of operational activities, the leadership and development of employees, as well as close cooperation with customers, authorities, and the other branches.

Your tasks

• Implementation of the strategy prescribed by the Board of Directors in the branch
• Ensuring the smooth running of construction service delivery in road and civil engineering
• Management, monitoring, and coordination of operational activities
• Ensuring high execution quality and customer satisfaction
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees
• Joint responsibility for calculation, economic efficiency, and the results of the branch

Your profile

• Training as a dipl. Baumeisterin / dipl. Baumeister, Bauingenieurin / Bauingenieur or equivalent qualification
• Practice as a Bauführerin / Bauführer as well as experience in calculation
• Proven leadership competence and experience in personnel management
• Analytical thinking skills and business understanding
• Workload 80 - 100 %, entry immediately or by arrangement
