Your tasks ##

• You are jointly responsible for the management and organization of the Niederbipp location with 36 beds and work closely with the divisional management
• You provide stability and orientation, ensure structure, and lend a hand wherever your support is currently needed
• You actively participate in direct care and, together with your team, ensure a high quality of care and support in everyday life
• You always keep the needs and well-being of our residents in view and, together with your team, ensure that they feel well looked after, respected, and safe

Your profile ##

• You have experience in long-term care and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• As a leadership personality, you know how to lead your team and provide orientation - even when things get hectic
• You quickly find your way in new situations and structures, work independently, and can quickly familiarize yourself with your tasks
• You remain solution-oriented and decisive even in challenging situations and maintain an overview
• You have completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF
