For our Nursing Education department, location: 20-bed private ward, we are looking for a qualified HF/FH nurse educator (80%) starting 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

As an educator, you have a co-creation responsibility within the department in the shared leadership model in nursing.

Your tasks

• Autonomous organization of practical accompaniment days, taking into account the training objectives and skills of healthcare learners, HF and BScN students, as well as the current affairs of the service
• Accompaniment, support, promotion, advice, and qualification of healthcare learners, HF and BScN students
• Participation in the nursing education team, support in managing documentation specific to training (follow-up sheets, work passport, etc.)
• Autonomous organization and coordination of interviews with parents

You bring

• HF nurse diploma or Bachelor in nursing
• In-depth knowledge in the field of the musculoskeletal system (orthopedics, rehabilitation) and women's medicine (gynecology)
• Qualified basic pedagogical knowledge, convincing through their methodological diversity, based on pedagogical training such as SVEB 1 or equivalent
• Confidence, accompanied by great communication competence, even in difficult situations
• Joy and ability to plan and organize autonomously
