As a team leader, you lead the team and actively develop the department further. You question existing procedures and optimize processes. In addition, you personally lead demanding heating projects – from planning to successful implementation. You are the central contact person for customers, our sales department, assembly teams and external partners.

YOUR TASKS

• You lead the project management team professionally and personally – from deployment planning to target agreements to the further development of your employees.
• You personally manage selected projects – from sales to commissioning.
• With your technical know-how, you advise our customers on modern heating solutions such as heat pumps, wood heating or district heating.
• You work closely with installers, suppliers and partner companies – solution-oriented and at eye level.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are a trained heating planner, technician or possess a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in the planning and implementation of modern heating systems, ideally with renewable energies.
• You already possess leadership experience or the willingness to take responsibility for a team.
• You work in an organized manner, decide in a solution-oriented way and like personal responsibility.
• You work in a structured, independent, organized manner and are proficient in using MS Office.
• You appear confident and are communicative, reliable and punctual.
• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing.
