Object Manager* Santé (m/w/d) Work location: Bern / Biel / Seeland Scope of work: 60% Start of work: or by arrangement Department: Cleaning Your tasks Operational responsibility for support services in a customer mandate in the healthcare sector (qualitatively, financially and personally) Leadership, promotion and continuous development of a team of around 10 employees Maintenance of constant customer contact and point of contact for technical questions Responsibility for our support services and ensuring high-quality services as well as compliance with hygiene guidelines Carrying out quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments Planning, organization, coordination, monitoring and optimization of all work processes Independent recruitment of new workers Management of material, machine and equipment orders Administrative tasks including budget responsibility Your profile Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in the field of household management, cleaning or facility management Professional experience in the healthcare sector and/or hotel industry is an advantage Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a pronounced sense of organization and coordination Structured and solution-oriented way of working Service orientation and independence Very good German language skills in word and writing MS Office user knowledge About us At Vebego AG, more than 6'000 employees make our customers' lives easier every day and ensure that their buildings are always in top condition.
