What you can look forward to:

• Independent coordination and organization of operations in the outpatient therapy center of the Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht
• Active participation in the interprofessional team through independent implementation of therapy units
• Responsibility for the leadership, promotion, and development of an interprofessional therapy team
• Continuous assurance of high treatment quality, excellent patient satisfaction, and smooth, efficient, and patient-oriented operational processes
• Development, optimization, and implementation of work processes to achieve the qualitative, economic, and strategic goals of the outpatient therapy center
• Benefit from high professional competence through close cooperation in the outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as cross-location cooperation in the VITREA Kliniken

What we look forward to:

• Completed therapeutic training (foreign degrees with corresponding recognition in Switzerland)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in neurological rehabilitation
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take on leadership responsibility and develop employees in an appreciative manner
• Quality awareness as well as interest in continuous improvement and innovation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
