Who we are

Volmera GmbH is the official franchise partner of EET-Switzerland. We advise private customers on plug-in solar systems and small photovoltaic systems consciously for self-consumption. In doing so, we show in an understandable and individual way how they can produce their own solar power and reduce their electricity costs.

Our area of operation includes Luzern, Schwyz, Nidwalden, Obwalden, Uri, and Glarus. We are expanding our team and are looking for employees who want to help shape this development in the long term.

What you will do with us

You win new customers through personal approach in the field service. Door-to-door is an integral part of your work: you actively approach people, arouse interest, and arrange consultation appointments.

Your tasks include:

• Acquiring new customers: You personally introduce Volmera / EET - Switzerland, open conversations, and arrange appointments.
• Understanding needs: You listen, ask targeted questions, and clarify which solar solution fits the respective situation.
• Presenting solutions: You explain our products, their benefits, and the economic framework conditions in an understandable way.
• Conducting sales talks: You answer questions, address objections, and lead interested parties to a clear purchasing decision.
• Accompanying customers until completion: You record agreements and ensure a complete handover of the orders.
• Developing yourself: You actively participate in training, sales training, and team meetings and implement what you have learned in everyday life.

You are on the road a lot and work independently. At the same time, you remain in exchange with your team and receive support for your development.

You do not need completed sales training. You need joy in customer contact, reliability, and the willingness to actively approach people.

What we offer you

Fixed salary and performance-related bonus with open end.

You receive a monthly fixed salary of CHF 3’500.– gross at 100 %, supplemented by a performance-related bonus. This gives you a solid foundation and you can increase your income through successful work.

A structured induction

You learn our products, the customer approach, and the process of the consultation step by step. Conversation guides, practical accompaniment, and regular training support your entry.

Personal coaching

We discuss with you what is already succeeding and where you can progress. You receive concrete feedback and support for your next development steps.

You take responsibility for your appointments, your customer contacts, and your results. Your commitment makes a visible difference.
