Your responsibility :

• Processing and technical assessment of building applications
• Examination and assessment of applications for value-preserving measures on protected buildings
• Collaboration on renewal projects as well as on inspections of protected buildings
• Performance of administrative tasks in the Protected Buildings Department

Your background :

• Completed training in one of the areas of planning, structural engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, HLKS or automation
• Affinity and initial experience in project work
• Good knowledge in the application of MS Office

Amt für Militär und Bevölkerungsschutz (AMB)

The Amt für Militär und Bevölkerungsschutz (AMB) is an operations, training and administration organization. The AMB is a department with around 50 employees within the Security Directorate of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
The AMB is responsible for the operations of the Bevölkerungsschutz operations association, the training in Bevölkerungsschutz as well as of personnel and officers in Zivilschutz. The administrative activities include, among others, army tasks on behalf of the Confederation or the operation of the Kaserne Liestal. Furthermore, operations and prevention planning are created in the AMB, as well as logistics and administration services are provided.

New establishment of Protected Buildings Department per January 2027

The Protected Buildings area will be managed as a separate department as of January 2027. To complement / form the new team, we are actively searching for new employees.
