Job Description

• Competent and individual care of our elective patients in accordance with the standards of our attending physician system
• Independent implementation of prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Correct nursing documentation
• Support and guidance of new employees
• Training of HF/FH trainees, in vocational trainer function
• Assistance in the further development and assurance of optimal nursing quality

Qualifications

• Completed training as a graduated nursing specialist HF or equivalent
• Experience in the function of a vocational trainer
• Professional experience preferably in the field of surgery/orthopedics
• High professional and social competence and a professional understanding of nursing
• Resilient and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, communication and organizational skills
• Readiness to provide service, high customer orientation and appreciation of high nursing quality
• Readiness to support innovations and to develop professionally
• Very good German skills (oral and written)
• Very good IT skills
