INGINIA is recruiting new talent for its Managed Services department: Systems and Network Engineer Your mission : As a Systems and Network engineer, you will join our managed services department and intervene directly on our clients' projects. You will be required to implement various projects in your areas of expertise, from installation and configuration of elements to architecture and migration. You will be required to operate environments, provide support to our clients, and also participate in study and analysis mandates of environments. With your experience and technical knowledge, you will be an asset to our clients in achieving their project objectives, both on business, technological, human, and financial levels. Your profile : • Graduate of an engineering school or an CFC with three years or more of experience in one or more of the technologies mentioned below, you wish to bring all your expertise to a human-sized company. • You are of a stable, dynamic, and motivated nature, and you like to take on challenges. You invest yourself and propose ideas for the evolution and success of the company. Thanks to your ease of communication, you are comfortable with clients. • You speak French fluently and have a good level of English. You are capable of writing technical reports in French and English. Your assets : Required skills : • Very good knowledge of Windows Server infrastructures (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, PKI) • Very good knowledge of Windows OS (workstations and servers) • Good knowledge of Linux systems (installation, routine administration) • Good knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash or Python) • Very good knowledge of VMware vSphere virtual infrastructures and Huawei (DCS) solutions • Very good knowledge of VDI/RDS technologies and Citrix environment • Good knowledge of backup and replication environments (Veeam, Vinchin) • Good knowledge of storage environments (SAN/NAS) • Very good knowledge of routing and switching protocols (Layer 2/3) • Very good knowledge of Datacenter architectures • Very good network troubleshooting capabilities • Good knowledge of Huawei and Cisco routing/switching product ranges • Good knowledge of security infrastructures (Firewall, Reverse Proxy, VPN) • Good knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG) • Good knowledge of IP Telephony/VOIP and Microsoft Teams • CCNA and/or HCIA (Huawei) certification, or equivalent experience, is a plus • Experience in a service company is a real asset Particular skills : • Calm and stable nature, enjoys teamwork • Available for many trips in Switzerland - Driving License indispensable • Capacity for organization and sense of proactivity • Rigorous and autonomous • Knowledge of issues related to support and operation services • Eager to provide quality service with a good sense of communication and relationship with clients • Good management of priorities and stress • Writing skills • Good mastery of English and French is indispensable Working environment : • A young, dynamic working environment that highlights your skills and talents. • Innovative and varied activity in a human-sized company that listens to its employees • Career evolution perspectives • Working relationship based on trust Your application : Of Swiss nationality or holder of a B, C or G permit, or an EU national, you have a valid driving license and are ready to travel.
