Architect for Planning and Execution (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an architecture firm in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced individual as an Architect for Planning and Execution (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. You will accompany demanding construction projects through various project phases and combine design with meticulous planning. In the long term, the position offers you the opportunity to lead your own projects independently.

Tasks

• Processing of architectural projects from the initial investigation to implementation
• Creation of feasibility studies as well as development of suitable project solutions
• Coordination of planning and cooperation with internal as well as external specialists
• Participation in execution planning, realization, and project-related communication
• Gradual assumption of responsibility for your own construction projects

Profile

• Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience with construction projects in Switzerland
• Knowledge in project planning, execution planning, and realization
• Confident handling of CAD and digital planning methods as well as interest in BIM and AI
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, precise, and team-oriented way of working
