You are responsible for quality, costs, and customer satisfaction. You work for two Facility Services Managers and work in various mandates in the Zurich area. What awaits you Support of two Facility Services Managers in developing and recording administrative and operational processes Employee leadership (induction, training, deployment and holiday planning, recording of working hours and absences, reporting of personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.) Monitoring and control of quality assurance (ensuring process-oriented quality controls) Organization and optimization of work processes Support in operational deployment Direct contact person for customers on site in the area of cleaning What you bring with you Training and further education in the field of building cleaning Very good German skills as well as good English skills Good PC skills (MS Office) Flexible and independent way of working Organizational ability and systematic way of working Driver's license Cat.
