We are looking for you! We are a small, but dynamic and innovative organization with a mandate for outpatient care and household management in the municipality of Würenlos. It is a major concern for us that the nearly 7,000 inhabitants of Würenlos can stay at home for as long as possible and be well cared for. We place great emphasis on our clients being able to build a solid trust relationship with us and therefore ensure personnel continuity in our care and support. To supplement our care team, we are looking for a motivated Pflegefachperson HF (40- 50%) Your core tasks • Specialist basic and treatment care for our clients, taking into account their biography and relatives. • Implementation of medically prescribed interventions • You create care plans and actively participate in shaping the care process, as a Pflegefachperson HF you work with the interRAI instrument • You work independently and are at the same time an empathetic and supportive team member • You support other professions with your knowledge Your profile • Completed training as a Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF (or equivalent with SRK recognition) • Career starters and re-entrants are welcome • Independent and responsible way of working • High professional and social competence • Enjoy working with people of all ages • Interest in complex, rapidly changing situations • Teamwork and flexibility • Good IT user skills and German language skills • Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as on weekends • Driver's license category B or willingness to ride an e-bike • Advantageous experience in one or more of the following areas: • Medical technology • interRAI-HC Your perspective You can expect a varied and challenging task in a manageable organization with 28 employees and a working environment characterized by respect and appreciation.
