For our Mono Betrieb (SCL) we are looking for, effective immediately in Pratteln/CH, an Operations Assistant, 100% (permanent) Your tasks Ensuring quality-compliant, timely and cost-effective production while adhering to safety, environmental and economic aspects of the assigned production lines Responsibility for the execution of risk analyses Performing deviation analyses of regulatory/process parameters for proactive optimization of production parameters Participating in ongoing progress control and result evaluation for projects in the assigned area of responsibility Ensuring uniform systems (operating documentation) and collection of process data Evaluating production data based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma Technical leadership of the production personnel as well as training of the production personnel in various safety, production and quality aspects Organizational and technical leadership of the employees in production operations in the absence of the Operations Manager Representation of the Operations Manager during their absence Your profile Completed studies in chemistry, process or production engineering (FH/Bachelor) or a comparable technical qualification Initial professional experience in a production environment, ideally in the chemical industry Analytical and structured way of working as well as the ability to constructively-critically question processes and production workflows Responsible, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality Good knowledge of relevant regulations in the areas of occupational safety, plant safety, product and environmental protection Organizational skill as well as the ability to coordinate multiple topics in parallel Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage Good German language skills as well as English skills for handling technical documentation Your opportunities / Your application We offer you a varied and interesting activity with attractive employment conditions.
