Your main missions
As the person responsible for continuing education, you will be required to:

• increase, structure and coordinate the continuing education offer in the engineering field,
• guarantee consistency and quality,
• develop the necessary partnerships and support,
• ensure the promotion of the training offered,
• maintain close relations with the competent cantonal authorities, the ORTRA and other actors in the field

Your profile
You hold a master's level degree or equivalent in a field related to the activities of the Haute école.
You benefit from significant professional experience in your field of expertise as well as in the transmission of knowledge and adult education.
You are able to design, develop and coordinate continuing education offers that meet the needs of professional environments. You maintain contacts with partners from the economic and institutional fabric and contribute to the development of continuing education activities.
You demonstrate autonomy, organization and good interpersonal skills. You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable in project coordination.
You are proficient in French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is an asset.
