Deployed across several sites, the Institution de Lavigny consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations on two sites, a residential department for adults with disabilities, involving intellectual impairment or physical issues, a specialized school, and a socio-professional department.

For the sector of social-oriented workshops "Eventail", located on the Lavigny site, we are looking for a:

Your mission ##

Within our social-oriented workshops, you support people presenting notably with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviors.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

• support individuals or groups, taking into account their needs and their projects ;
• implement adapted support promoting autonomy, participation, and well-being ;
• collaborate with the network of the supported persons and the various professionals involved ;
• ensure the administrative follow-up of the support and the workshop: reports, summaries, computerized files, etc. ;
• contribute to the development and evolution of practices around autism and complex situations ;
• share your expertise and, depending on your skills, participate in the training of the institution's staff in the field of autism.

Your profile ##

You are a committed, autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented person. You appreciate situations that require reflection, adaptation, and creativity.

You possess :

• a diploma as a Social Professional Instructor (MSP), ES or HES educator ;
• a specialization in the field of autism and/or complex situations ;
• at least 3 years of experience in supporting people presenting with ASD and/or challenging behaviors ;
• good knowledge of TEACCH, PECS approaches or other tools adapted to the supported persons ;
• pedagogical skills and an interest in the transmission of knowledge ;
• an excellent command of usual IT tools ;
• good adaptation and versatility skills ;
• a developed sense of responsibility, organization, and collaboration ;
• a creative, open, and innovative spirit ;
• a capacity to question yourself and to work in an interdisciplinary manner ;
• driving license, category B.
